We want you to be completely satisfied with your Alexis Bittar purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, full-priced items. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original Alexis Bittar pouch and box, ensuring the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; once received, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
